Priory Building and Construction is a full service Construction company dedicated to supporting and enhancing the sites of our commercial and industrial clients.

Priory maintain a range of management, health and safety, Engineering and operative disciplines in order to provide full principal contractor services to our clients. In addition, we offer Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), design and build and sub-contracting services to clients requiring assistance from project inception to commissioning and handover. Priory are fully conversant with the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and assist clients in managing their CDM requirements.

We specialise in civil and structural Engineering schemes and have a strong history of delivering projects across a range of sectors including heavy Engineering, manufacturing, energy and power, agricultural, pharmaceutical, waste processing and recycling, logistics and distribution and petrochemical.

 

Previous projects include warehousing new build and expansions, ' shell and core ' fit-outs / landlord refurbishments, off-site and utility installations and footpath/roadway/carparking schemes. In addition Priory regularly carry out specialist and complex civil Engineering projects in heavy industrial environments for the placement of large scale mechanical, electrical and process equipment.
