Priory Building and Construction have a track record in delivering complex commercial and industrial projects, and one of our more recent projects was no different.
Our client required a full design and build package for a warehouse expansion project covering approximately 350 m2. The construction included precast concrete piling due to poor ground conditions. Piling was completed utilising the existing yard slab, following which pile caps and the suspended reinforced upper slab were completed by the team.
A steel portal frame building was designed, supplied and installed and finished fully cladded. Priory managed and completed both the design and construction works over a period of approximately 6 months from ground investigation and design through to handover with a number of fantastic partners along the way.
